How does paying work?

Why credits instead of a monthly plan?

A monthly plan bills you for the quiet months too. Credits only pay for work that actually happened. Conversions tend to come in bursts, and credits follow that rhythm.

What does one file cost?

Between 1 and 5 credits, set by the kind of file. Size is not part of it: a one-page document and a hundred-page one cost the same. The pricing page shows the cost for each group.

What is the smallest top-up?

250 credits for €3.60, the lowest amount the payment system will process.

Its credits return to your balance automatically. You only pay for files you actually received.

Which currency am I charged in?

You can view prices in your own currency, but the payment is taken in EUR. Checkout says so on a separate line before you confirm.

Up to 256 MB per file.

Yes, up to 10 files per batch. Every file in it is priced separately, by its type.

How long is the result available?

60 minutes from the moment it is ready. Then it is wiped from disk automatically, so save it while the job is still open.

What happens to the file I upload?

The original is deleted once the conversion succeeds, and the result is deleted when it expires. Your history records format, size and status of each job, never the file.

Do you look at what I convert?

No. File contents are neither stored nor inspected. That is also why an expired file cannot be recovered, not even by us.

We only list what the engines do well, so a missing pair means we would rather not do it badly. Tell us which one you need and we will tell you honestly whether it is on the cards.
